I am a fully qualified Cookery Teacher, Chef & Patissier with over 40 years’ experience within the food industry and 4* hotels. I am DBS checked with over 12 years teaching experience around Trafford, Stockport and Greater Manchester. My passion is food (and cake) and I enjoy passing on my knowledge and skills to children and adults.
I cook a wide range of topics and have collected a vast repertoire of recipes and dishes from Spain, Italy, India, China, Mexico, to name but a few. I enjoy breadmaking from beginners to advanced. We cover healthy eating guidelines and follow food hygiene procedures.
