I am a fully qualified Cookery Teacher, Chef & Patissier with over 40 years’ experience within the food industry and 4* hotels. I am DBS checked with over 12 years teaching experience around Trafford, Stockport and Greater Manchester. My passion is food (and cake) and I enjoy passing on my knowledge and skills onto children and adults.
I cook a wide range of topics and vast repertoire of recipes from Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican to name but a few. I enjoy breadmaking from beginners to advanced. We cover healthy eating guidelines and follow food hygiene procedures.
