On The Day

All our workshops are led by experienced teachers who are DBS checked. Ingredients are all supplied by us, all we need is a suitable kitchen and use of your utensils etc. We will provide a basic cooking equipment list but we are happy to bring any specialised equipment. Just bring yourself, a smile and an empty stomach.

Suitable for all levels of experience from absolute beginners or those wishing to further their skills.

Arrive 15 minutes before sessions start for a welcoming brew or drink and so we can start classes on time.

We recommend you wear comfy sensible clothing and flat shoes with covered toes. Long hair must be tied back – please bring a bobble!

We will induct all students with a short briefing on health and safety and food hygiene procedures to adhere to at the start of course.

For food taken away from TFS, we will instruct how to cook, reheat and store, we cannot take any responsibility for this. If you would like to take any of the food that you have cooked home with you, please bring plastic containers with you.

It is important you notify us as soon as possible, any special requests so we can accommodate where possible : special dietary requirements, vegetarians, food allergies and intolerances, disabilities, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, learning difficulties.

Safeguarding you is paramount at TFS, unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated in the safety of others.

Recipes will be emailed out after the sessions.

We reserve the right to make amendments to course content and recipes without notice, due to availability of certain food items.

Under 16s are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.
